Funeral Services Announced Funeral services for MEISD Pre-K student Trevor Gauge Lankford and his mother, Cherry Grimes will be held at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 13th at the First Baptist Church in Rusk. Burial will follow at the Oakland Cemetery in Rusk. Visitation will be from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. Monday, May 12th at the Wallace-Thompson Funeral Home, also in Rusk. MEISD will dismiss classes at 1:00 on Tuesday to allow for preparation and driving time for those who wish to attend the service. A map to the funeral home and church can be downloaded here.
